Missions and services to the members
The AID Coordination offers individual and collective services
to all the centres federated by AID network;

Animation and collective production

The AID network is initially a place of common reflection on the stakes related to socio-professional insertion. It is a receptacle of ideas and reflections, it is a lever to the elaboration and the development of new conceptions, to the construction of new projects, regardless of their nature (social, ethical, pedagogical, accountancy, economic, legal…) of their intervention level (the trainees, the centre, the sector…). Thus, each centre can nourish experiment of the others, while building inside the AID network, a framework of joint projects.

The privileged place where this dynamics of animation and production materialized is InterAID. Once a month, InterAID brings together the representatives of all the centres federated by AID network and the representatives of AID Coordination.

InterAID is :

• A structure of continued training for all the members of AID network.

• A structure of information and communication:

- between AID Coordination and all the members of AID network.

- between all the members of AID network.

• A structure of consultation (animation of common reflection about the sector, check and investigation of files and follow-up of the mandates entrusted to the AID Coordination).

InterAID can entrust to “working groups” the mission of deepening certain specific questions in connection with transverse stakes (there is for example a permanent pedagogic commission inside AID network) or specific stakes (like the social economy aspects or other specific projects).

Individual and collective services

Management assistance :

It is necessary to understand “management” in its broadest direction: institutional management of the AID centres, management of the local partnerships, political management, Human Resources management, accountancy and financial management...

This management assistance is done according to realities and needs of each centre. The stake is to face, collectively and jointly, the management challenges in the different centres.

In addition to the accountancy, administrative and financial expertise proposed to the centres, the AID Coordination delegates a “permanent/employee” to the accompaniment of each AID centre.

The development :

Concretizes itself in various forms :

• A permanent animation (sensitizing to opportunities).
• Coordination of permanent or specific projects.
The projects can be initiated by AID network, as well as by the centres.

AID coordination as a facilitator tool :

By ensuring the follow-up of the centres, the “permanents” of the AID Coordination have a detailed overview of the projects set up in the federated centres. Thus, The AID Coordination can offer consulting and propose partnerships in order to help these projects to develop and to go ahead. We accompany, we are a support. We play the role of “loudspeakers” as well internally as externally through the reflection around the communication.

AID as promoter of projects :

The development of projects in partnership with whole or part of the centres makes of the AID Coordination an instigator of a dynamic development. AID Coordination is also a mean to integrate the centres in international networks, either at the European level, as well as at the international level (North-South relations).

The reflection and pedagogic animation :

The specificity of a pedagogical animation inside AID network is the will to integrate logics of permanent education. The aim is to articulate the professional objective with a complementary objective development of the critical capacity of the individuals : they must have a good intelligence of the world and be able to integrate into collective actions. This general will must mark the whole of work, including those whose objectives are of didactic nature.

The pedagogical animation can also be approached in a differentiated way according to the specific needs of a centre, or its wish to carry out a reflection pushed on its specific pedagogical project.

The delegated management of the external relations and political relations :

Through our partnership relations (Interfédé, Febisp, Fesefa...) and the relations with the politics (at various levels of the public authorities and administrations), the AID Coordination ensures the representation, the defense and the promotion of the interests of all the centres federated by AID network.

The AID Coordination makes sure that each centre has a good control of the outcomes of the debates, and is thus implied in the discussion, in particular upstream of the decision-making itself. InterAID is the place of regulation of these debates.

Information and the communication :

The objectives are :

• To give the centres access to information;
• To allow them to exchange information between themselves;
• To allow them the control of this information;
• To develop an internal and external communication.

Communication tools exist inside A.I.D network, and they are in permanent development : an electronic network, an Internet site, an interactive Intranet, an internal publication "AID Brèves", the participation in a sector publication "L’Essor" via the Interfederation.
